The King and Queen Community Development Corporation is a community based tax exempt corporation that is governed by local residents.  KQCD does not include housing as part of its mission.  The board’s diversity reflects the community and its varied experience and commitment makes it an effective project sponsor.  The community’s ongoing support is imperative to the long-term success of our projects.  We look forward to working on behalf of the citizens of King and Queen.
