A resident of St. Stephens Church and a graduate of VCU with a BS in Business Administration, Wallica Gaines earned a Certificate in Executive Education from Harvard University in 2007. She served as the Executive Director of the Highland Park Community Development Corporation in Richmond, VA. Previously, Wallica worked as a Program Manager with the VA Dept. of Housing and Community Development and as a Principal with Doublevhe Development Group. She served as member of King & Queen County School Board from 1994 through 2004. Currently, Wallica is a Director for Highland Park Realty and a member of the Richmond Community Development Alliance. |

Jerry Davis works as a Budget Analyst with the VA Dept. of Social Services and resides in the K&Q Courthouse area of the County. He is the owner of J.K. Davis Trucking Inc. and Davis Properties, LLC. Jerry is a member of the “Cora Harvey Armstrong and Full Deliverance” Gospel Group and a member of the Voices of Zion. In the past Jerry has served on the K&Q Board of Supervisors, K&Q County School Board, Central High School PTA and the K&Q Youth Basketball League. |

Alan Sader is an actor and On-Camera Spokesman for the Christian Children's’ Fund and other commercial enterprises. A graduate of Duke University, Alan is dedicated to working with many groups at the Maggie Walker Governor’s School in Richmond, VA. He serves on the King and Queen Board of Social Services, and is active in the choir at St. Paul’s Episcopal Church. He resides in St. Stephens Church with his wife, Ann Chenoweth, who is a printmaker/painter and teaches watercolor classes at the Virginia Museum of Fine Arts. |

A lifelong resident of King and Queen County, Biddy Walker, a former 5th grade teacher at Hamilton-Holmes Elementary School, is a graduate of Marriott High School and William & Mary College. She is involved in many organizations in the County including the King and Queen Historical Society, serving as a Member at Large; King and Queen County Pamunkey Regional Library as a former Trustee; and Bruington Baptist Church. |
