Hello everyone! I wanted to write and thank each of you for your participation at the May 15th Walkerton Farmers’ Market. It was a beautiful day. While we did not count traffic, there was a steady flow all day. Some vendors reported selling out of product. I would like to know how you did on your sales and your impressions of the market. If you have suggestions or concerns, I’d like to hear those too.

Here are a few reminders:

•     Please be sure to read the Rules & Regulations for the Market, located on our website at www.kqcd.org
•     You only need to complete a vendor application once; however, you need to register at every market you participate in.  Please be sure to stop by the KQCD tent.
•     If you have not already, please submit your completed Vendor Application.  It is located on our website.
•     Thank you for leaving the site spotless.  Keep up the good work.
•     Please encourage your customers to stop by our tent to learn more about KQCD and to purchase a Virginia Grown bag.
•     If you know of any other backyard gardeners or farmers, especially in King  & Queen, please encourage them to participate.
•     The next Market is June 19th, set up is at 8:30, the Market operates from 9AM-12PM.  Hope to see you there.
